Work started end of March - work goes on Saturdays and Sundays
No permit posted, no portable toilet for workers - no street parking blocked off. Workers in early and out late - construction noises - all the time. Not adhering to City Policies at all. Work being done in the back yard - ongoing noises - all the time. They have blocked off all parking trying to get their equipment in and out of the property without asking neighboring properties - NO Permits.
